Writing a Book Review Challenge
After posting this, I ended up thinking more about book reviews. And now, I’m wondering: Are you up to the challenge of writing about your opinions of a book you just read or something you read sometime ago but you remember very well?
Well, even if you’re not planning to write a full book review, you might like to give it a go. Here’s something you can try:

Here’s a response to this:
I am: Sherrie Wagoner
I have recently read: Awakening Intuition - Using Your Mind-Body Network for Insight and Healing by Mona Lisa Schulz, M.D., PhD.
Awakening Intuition is about the connection between your emotional health and your body’s response system, how memories are stored in the brain and the body tissue and how that affects health. Dr. Schulz opens the book with discussions about intuition and its role in dreams, health and disease. In subsequent chapters, she delves deeply into the various networks of the body, discussing precise connections between emotional imbalance and physical response, citing numerous fascinating examples from her work
This book is a powerful examination of using intuition as a resource to gain insight into emotional and medical health. So much time is spent on detailing the body networks, that there is little room in the end for examining our own intuitive profile. This is not intended as criticism; after 345 pages, I was left yearning for more. I’ll be anxiously waiting for more of the author’s books on this topic. I give this book a * * * * rating (4 out of 4 stars).
